Hello blues-rockers,
a quick update to let you know that the new Kris Pohlmann album is coming along nicely. We’ve spent time in April, May and June recording the tracks with Martin Meinschäfer (Henrik Freischlader, Kai Strauss etc.) in the lovely Megaphon Tonstudios in Arnsberg, Germany. So far all guitars, bass, drums and lead vocals have been recorded. In July we’ll be recording keyboards/hammond organ and backing vocals. Then the album will be mixed and mastered.
Whilst that’s all going on I’ll be working with my creative team on the artwork and promotion material such as videos, posters and press releases. The plan is to release the album early next year and of course tour with the new album too. All will be revealed in due course.
It’s going to be a busy summer! Stay tuned for album updates.
