I’m excited to announce that I have a new line up for the forthcoming autumn/winter European Tour. Please welcome Jonas Bareiter (bass) and Janosch Brenneisen (drums).
Jonas was born in 1981 in Wiesbaden and grew up in Bad Kreuznach. He started playing bass at the age of 14 and gained early experience playing in various rock bands.
In August 2003 he began studying pop music at the ArtEZ Institute of the Arts in Arnhem (Netherlands) gaining his Bachelors in 2007. Since then he’s toured extensively with many different bands including Warner Music recording artists die Rakede. Jonas also teaches music.
Janosch was born in 1981 and studied Jazz percussion at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. Although Janosch has a jazz background, including tours to Belarus with the Jugendjazzorchester NRW, he is a versatile drummer, able to play many styles – as long as there’s groove!
Janosch is equally at home on stage as he is in the studio. As a producer Janosch has worked with many renowned musicians.
Jonas replaces previous bass player Dennis Bowens and Janosch replaces Roman Dönicke, who will be busy touring with Minor Cabinet in promotion of their debut release, due this September.
We’ve spent the last month putting together an exciting set list for the forthcoming tour, which starts this Sunday 16th August in Saarbrücken. Looking forward to seeing you out on the road.
